Return & Refund Policy

Please go through each deal carefully before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Customers have the liberty to return/replace an order depending on the product.

Mode of Refund

  • Get your refund in eOURmart wallet as soon as the product reaches us. (Fastest)
  • Refund via original payment mode for all prepaid orders.
  • Refund in bank account for Cash on Delivery orders.

Refund Timing

Refund can take upto 10 days to get credited in your bank account. once refund is Initated by eOURmart it can take following time to get credited to your bank account. In case your refund is delayed, please connect with us on info@eourmart.com

Sometimes refund can be delayed, actual refund date will be provided by our customer care specialist, once refund date is confirmed by our customer care specialist refund will be done as Scheduled.

 

Cancellations

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information,

You may cancel an order before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. After an order is shipped, then we will have to process the cancellation with our logistics partners. This takes about 24 hours, and in some cases, delivery attempts may also be made.

Once an order is delivered, we follow our return policy to determine further actions.

 *Any return/replacement requests after the 7-Day return period will not be entertained.

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction. Goods once sold will only be taken back or exchanged as per the eOURmart exchange/return policy. 

Company shall not pay any charges for Legal Notices and will not entertain any legal notices for issues with the orders.

Damaged / Defective Item Policy

Do not accept damaged and tampered courier boxes, if not available at home please guide a person to check the box before accepting the same.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately for the Replacement. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

If you found the item in a defective condition, please feel free to contact the respective brand and the company of the product. You may also contact us to help you if needed.

For Customer Remorse

This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.

In this case, a flat 15% charge will be deducted on product value and product courier charges as per actual.

The Return Product must Comply with the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item.
  • There are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
  • We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.
    The customer should send the product through a reputed courier service.

7 Day Free Returns and Exchange

  1. Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories

This category is eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/color or return it for a full refund.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement. Non-Returnable Items like lingerie/socks/innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions.

However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement if available.

We may contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.

These Categories are non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement as applicable.
