Question 7: How to avail Cash on Delivery ?

Answer: Cash on Delivery is only provided on the product NOT on shipping charges.

Example: You want to buy a product costing R-500/- and the shipping charges are Rs 40/-

To avail Cash on Delivery, Pre pay the Delivery Charge eg: Rs 40/- Product Cost eg: Rs 500/- will be Paid by Cash on Delivery.

Answer: We have tried and tested Complete Cash on Delivery 

  1. Loss of shipping charges is the major reason.
  2. Loss on packing, as fresh packing again.
  3. Loss of time repacking, keeping records, keeping accounts.

By any chance the parcel is not taken by the  buyer it will come back to eOURmart.com But the shipping company will charge for shipping charges.Accordingly by trusting each other all goes well.

Example: Buyer ordered a product of 500/- and prepaid 40/- shipping charges.

In any case, whatsoever may be the reason the parcel is not received by the buyer and comes back to the eOURmart.com 

In this case we have to pay shipping charges to shipping company

Our experience of not receiving goods by buyer most common.

  1. The delivery person calls  pre delivery - NO call picked
  2. Delivery person goes to the address- NO one at home.
  3. Buyer refuses that he has changed his mind or has bought it.

 

Question 10: Process of Order Dispatch and Delivery?

Answer: Once the order is confirmed we deliver the parcel to the shipping Company within 12-24 working hours.

The Tracking ID will be Sent to the Buyer within 12-24 working hours

The rest of the work is for the shipping company. Our shipping partner Is India Post. 

After 36-48 working hours the buyer can track the movement of their Parcel online on the given website of india post - indiapost.gov.in

Once the parcel reaches buyers nearby post office, a message will be Sent by the indiapost to the buyer. 

Within 24 hours the postman will come for delivery.

READ THIS CAREFULLY: Our experience is that if buyers address is Not complete  and he does not pick the calls of the Postman or house  Locked. The post office keeps the parcel with them for maximum 1-2  Days.

OUR SUGGESTION WHICH IS SUCCESSFUL HERE: Once you (buyer) has seen tracking id which states that the parcel Have  reached the nearby post office,wait for 24 hours and after that Approach the post office by call or self visit.We receive  calls stating that we (buyers) have not received the parcel yet, mostly from small towns and villages.and as suggested they visited the post office and they got the reason with proof that they were approached by the postman.Mostly buyers got the parcels.

Pay Balance Amount to the postman while receiving a Cash on Delivery Order.

 

Question 11: What if the parcel is returned back to eOURmart.com?

Answer: Not to worry the parcel will be resend once it reaches back to eOURmart.com. Shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. As whatsoever be the reason it is coming back due to Non Delivery. India Post gives the reason on the Tracking Page.

 

Question 11: Guarantee, Warranty of Branded Products?

Answer: Branded products warranty and guarantee is from the company Eourmart.com is not liable for any branded products. for Branded products kindly check and buy if nearby you have Service center of that particular brand and product

Example: Buyer receives a product with any minor or major issue MI Redmi Mobile- kindly call service center mentioned on Box or website of the mobile company.
